Medical cleaning stations
Born from an urge to eradicate waste, increase efficiency and improve device cleaning ergonomics and safety, the Pure Station(TMark) Medical Devices Pre-Cleaning System is the health care industry's first and just plug-and-play manual processing station.

Current sterile processing department (SPD) sinks are a poor compromise for device cleaning. There's a great reason why: they are not made for surgical instrument reprocessing whatsoever. They may actually be eatery kitchen sinks being used as device decontamination stations. These deep sinks are created to accept large cooking pots along with smaller cooking implements. They are often used likewise, to clean quite large things in addition to small ones. This might be considered a worst-case way for surgical instruments.
After years of watching thousands of gallons of fresh chemicals and water evaporate, seeing expensive devices and screws trickle through outsize drains, and experiencing back pain from falling off over deep eatery-style sink bowls, infertile processing technicians are significantly more than ready for a fresh and far better way to do manual cleaning processes.
Enter the Pure Station system
Designed as a mobile sink insert it fits snugly inside an existing deep utility sink. The Pure Station pre-cleaning system helps shorten minimizing chemical and water consumption and cleaning time by streamlining repetitive motions. This modular station may also be easily removed to allow technicians to use the original deep sink bowl for big items.
Each Pure Station system has a number of exceptional characteristics that allow technicians to easily do particular processing tasks.
The Pure Station insert facilitates the cleaning of smaller devices while also providing intuitive tools to get a number of processing needs. Its shallow capability greatly reduces the quantity of bending in the sink during detailed, labor intensive procedures such as disassembly, soaking and flushing lumens. In addition, the decreased ability of the sink fills quicker and drains more rapidly.
The station's open settings features upstanding bottom, sidewalls and end walls that enable simple transport, disassembly, soaking, scrubbing, flushing or repair of devices. Offered in two bundles and sizes, the Pure Station insert design lets any SPD sink to be ergonomically customized, which could immediately start to greatly help enhance tech efficiency and safety. Pure Station inserts also allow for scalable, varying-depth placement, including lifting the working height for taller technicians. Each station may also be used as a freestanding unit on an adjacent countertop.
